At Sari Grace Shop, we take as much care in ensuring your satisfaction as we do in crafting our elegant South Asian-inspired garments. Should any item not meet your expectations, our returns process is designed with the same grace and attention to detail as our collections.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact, especially for delicate items like our zari work saris
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on blouses (due to close-fitting nature) and any custom-made items (which are tailored specifically for you, like our made-to-measure Fit And Flare Dresses).
Return Process
Follow these steps to return an item with the same precision as our master tailors:
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Use our template below for clarity.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
- Package Carefully: Securely pack your return using the original packaging. For delicate items like Maxi Dresses or Saris, we recommend using tissue paper to protect embroidery.

Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or style (excluding non-returnable items):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you wish an exchange and specify your desired replacement item
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For international returns, any customs fees or import duties are non-refundable
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (such as a Blouse instead of your ordered Maxi Dress):

- We will arrange for a prepaid return label if applicable
- You will receive priority processing for replacement or refund
