Do you ship internationally?

How are my items packaged?
Each garment is lovingly folded and protected in our signature packaging, receiving the same care we give to our intricate zari work and delicate embroidery. We ensure your order arrives as pristine as when it left our artisans’ hands.

We handle all customs documentation to make international delivery as smooth as draping one of our lightweight chiffon sarees. While most deliveries don’t incur additional fees, some countries may assess customs charges upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by location.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for your desired size or style. This ensures you receive your new items as quickly as possible.
